I write from beyond the grave
my fingernail
polish is rotten
my eyeball makeup still fresh
pluma ready and stirred
so I wirte from beyond the grave
never feeling and always numb
decidedly boney
respectably unfresh
to be undead to be undead
is to be not pretty
