Heavy Heart
the sky cracked
the scepter descended
the sheep collected
and suddenly he was accepted
looking around he found himself in a white room
with a chair
and a smile
with two arms and some feet
he came in the pleasant white room
with a chair
glowing white
then with eighteen teardrops in his heart
the boy cried
not knowing he or any other life form
could feel this light
and right before the eighteenth tear drop
dropped
he caught it
said "that makes seventeen"
wiping them away
and this one doesn't count
the boy then asked his only question
the only question he'd ask
one single question for all eternity

"were you in the rain"
"I mean are you in the rain"
he just smiled
turned around
walked out the door leaving it open
the boy watching with wonderment
floating away
