single leaf
in the roaring rain
cold winds

little leaf
ginormous winds
deafening rain
does it all seem quite inane?

poor little leaf
wreckless rain
cold hearted winds
a world of shame

then all at once the sun shineth yet again
breaking through the cold wind and rain
making everyday
brighter again
